[Autoroom] Feature Request: Give the room owner "Set Voice Channel Status" permission #134

Hi,

Since the "Set Voice Channel Status" permission is relatively new it of course hasn't been implemented in this cog, but it would be amazing if this could be added. Voice Channel status gives a bit more freedom in editing, as this isn't a harmful permission to give really, but it is annoying if everyone can change the room VC status. Maybe it could also be implemented (as a toggle option) that the game name is placed not in the room name but in the VC status.

Hello!

I don't think that the underlying Redbot/discord.py library supports that permission yet, as it is too new. Once it does I can see about adding this.
