Give focus back to Brackets when closing extension window #1

When the keyboard focus is in the Phaser Chains extension window, and then the window is closed (via Ctrl-I), the keyboard focus is nowhere; you must click to place it again.

It would be preferable to automatically move the keyboard focus back to the current document in Brackets whenever the Phaser Chains window is closed.

It would also be useful to move the keyboard focus to the Phaser Chains search box when the extension window is opened (via Ctrl-I).
