Controller support in ui and menus #220

beta 202406.02 Godot 4.2.2

The controller input only works for gameplay and not for interacting or moving around in menus, Also when in the inventory the buttons work for selecting what to do with inventory items but you can't move them at all.

Hm, I was not able to replicate these issues.

I just loaded the Lobby and Laboratory demo scenes and was able to pick up, use, drop, and move items around within the inventory all with the gamepad. Also opening the pause menu, going into the options menu etc all worked.

Could you provide some more detailed steps on how to replicate this?
