That's a Godot thing. HDR files take a decent amount of time to import, but it only happens once. This file is only used for the sky in the Lobby/Laboratory demo scenes, so can be removed if needed.

figured, thought id mention that it was this file in particular for posterity bc it gave me a headache thinking there was a bug in godot
