objective: literally so the title and back button are always visible
new vboxcontainer, reordering, and tweaking the bottom hseperator to be a line again
confirm my git set up is working, and that I'm not making an idiot of myself submitting a suggested pull request (in prep potentially looking at bindings or something)

In my view, it looks like two requests - the first is just me syncing up to your changes yesterday, and the second is messily replacing everything as it changes the tree structure thus touching every line 🤦‍♂️

Should be able to merge this in, but FYI I've started implementing the new tabbed Pause Menu, so the "old" options menu will probably be deprecated soon.

Sorry, with the recent updates to the new TabMenu, which will replace the old options menu, I broke the old options menu, including changes in this PR.

Sweet as - I figured this was a safe-ish place to try. Awesome that the config menu is moving along fast!
