Crash on "Exit to Menu" #6

How to reproduce:

  1. Click on Singleplayer
  2. Click any country and play
  3. Hit Escape and click "Exit to Menu"
  4. Game is crashing

Seems like it's a bug that originates in vanilla EUIV somehow, so let's hope they fix it at some point.
