Underestimation of expected depth #20

Open ronald-jaepel opened 8 years ago

Atlas seems to underestimate the expected depth [sequence_callse][gene][info][expected_depths] by half. The example file has an average coverage of 5.2x but Atlas reports an expected depth of 2x

Example data can be found in /data1/projects/ronald_jaepel/atlas_test/mapping_analysis/16000 with the reads: ecoli_all_families_16000_1.fq and ecoli_all_families_16000_2.fq the genome: ecoli_K12_MG1655_ref_all_families.fa (including bwa index files) the sorted bam file of the reads: sorted_16000.bam (including index files) and the cortex_graph used: ecoli_all_families_16000.k31.ctx
