Add Russian language text? #16

I'm only a novice in Russian, but I believe the Russian equivalent to lorem ipsum is Текст-рыба (lit. text-fish or fish text). There are two sites, https://fishtext.ru/ and https://fish-text.ru/ where one could get sample text from.

Beyond adding a lipsum-ru.txt file, what else do I need to do?

If you want to open a PR with the Russian text, you can also add a line with \genlipsum{ru}{lipsum-ru}{russian} to the lipsum.ins file to generate the .ltd.tex file from the source .txt. If you could also add a test file, that would be useful
