y2 axis tick horizontal lines #173

When using the y2 axis, I noticed that there were no horizontal lines for the 
y2 axis ticks.

Either I haven't yet managed to find the option or the option isn't available.

Would it be difficult for this option to be available?

Did you try just setting the option?  I haven't tested it but I think that 
might "just work"

I went ahead and tried this with no results. Let me know if that's the right 
setting.

,y2axis: {
    horizontalLines: true
}

I did look in the flotr source to see if there was any options resembling what 
I was looking for, but I didn't find anything.
