Mootools 1.3 compatibility #177

Hello,

Flotr is most awesome open source chart code I've ever seen. I wanted to use it 
in my new project, but unfortunately it was incompatible with Mootools 1.3, 
which I'm using. It should work with the compatibility layer, but I opted out 
of it in my project. So I made necessary changes to Flotr to be compatible with 
latest and greatest Mootools 1.3.1. I've attached the patch, it's made against 
latest Flotr SVN code, feel free to implement it if you want.
