Mouse tracking is incorrect for stacked line charts #198

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a stacked line chart
2. Enable mouse tracking

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The mouse tracking should follow the stacked lines.  Instead, the mouse 
tracking appears to work as if the lines were not stacked.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r301 from flotr-svn tested on Firefox 5.0 on Windows7 x64

Please provide any additional information below.

Mouse tracking for stacked lines and bars is not implemented yet
