Add local search/filtering to brapi results #197

This would be an option on trait import from sweetpotatobase. Currently, going through 29 pages or so of traits would take quite a while in a field setting. Would it be possible to import with brapi via a list on spb?

I don't think lists are supported via the brapi spec, so that would be a difficult addition. We're definitely aware of some of the pains of pagination and are working to implement solutions in both field and trait export.
