[x] Disable swipe between tabbed layout
[x] Replace delete icon and ensure color matches other icons
[x] Add toolbar to new parent fragment with title and back button
[x] Ensure Add male/female button is above keyboard
[x] When creating a parent, the name edittext should have a next button on the keyboard instead of a done button
[ ] Replace direct import with dialog titled "Import parents" with options Local, BrAPI (if enabled) (see Field Book implementation)
