Updates to phenocamapi #3

Hi Bijan,

I've made a few edits to several functions. It appears that the "RCulr::url.exists" command doesn't work on non-personal computer (such as my work computer), so I deleted that code chunk in several functions and incorporated additional changes to "download_midday_images." Feel free to find alterative solutions!
