RTD Full rifle charge does not work on "The Classic" and "The bazzar Bargain", The scope meter does not fill up instantly 12:00:25 sm_rtd2_version 12:00:25 "sm_rtd2_version" = "2.5.4"

Fixed the effect not working for The Bazaar Bargain in 2.5.5.

As for The Classic, the way things are presented visually vs ease of implementation is a bit unfortunate. The charge meter responds to the charge itself, which is not tied to scoping-in when it comes to this rifle.

Working around the visual issues will add a lot of complexity to the perk, so I will leave things the way they are. But, rest assured, the meter will always be fully charged when the shot is fired.
