Fix definition of DESC_RTD_TEAM #22

Definition of DESC_RTD_TEAM is wrong. so server admins like me might wonder why team limitations doesn't work as expected. It's correct in the Wiki though.

Thanks for pointing this out, it was supposed to be fixed over 2 years ago but it slipped when the development halted.
