Add Brazilian Portuguese translation #41

Hey, sorry to get back a year after this was open. In some places you removed phrases with no translations (there were just empty quotations). Can you remind me if that could cause anything? Wouldn't it spew errors from the plugin?

I don't think it would spew errors. It will just fall back to the EN phrase instead (like if there wasn't a translation).
