Hi Phil,

First and foremost, thank you for this important contribution in making self-reported data less troublesome. I have tried to run the code below, but find it really difficult to understand all the underlying steps in it. You don't happen to have an example code?

Hello Jonas,

I don't have an example of a complete run-through, but I will re-visit the repository to see what I can do to improve comprehensibility.

In the meantime, what do you need to do?

The results for classification to the ATC coding system are in the repository (data directory) and should be usable for further analysis.

For the BNF coding system: I placed the results in another of my repos: https://github.com/PhilAppleby/ukbb-bnf-data
