Move all static assets from template to destination #20

Using kss-node all the public folder under template is moved automatically to destination, with images and additional CSS files. Gulp-kss does not seem to do the same. My mistake?

Is it possible to updated kss dependencies to match latest release? It seems that kss version is kss@2.0.2, but gulp-kss use kss@0.3.7 . Is it correct?

It seems as though this repo is no longer being maintained :(.
