Non-standard taskbar placement breaks CompactDark display #8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Move windows taskbar to top of screen.
2. Get some notifications to show

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Notifications should show up properly, but instead they appear on top of 
each other.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Growl v2.0b6, CompactDark 2.0.1.1, Windows Vista SP1.

Thanks for finding this.  This appears to affect other displays as well 
(Standard,
Toast, Smokestack, etc).  I have a potential fix attached; if you aren't a 
developer,
please watch for an update.  I'm also submitting the patch to the dev list.

Patch has been merged in r55 (thanks to briandunnington) and will appear in 
next build.
