I am using OS X El Capitan and have Calibre version 2.77 and Iphone IOS 10.0.2. I successfully installed the IOS reader plugin version 1.4.7.0.0. Itunes recognizes the Iphone when I connect it via USB.
I have run Calibre's device debug and below is the output. Most grateful for your help.
