Plugin advanced menu manager #10

I have a problem with the links I add in the plugin advanced menu manager. They show in the menu in bootstrapdefault but on a new line and not where they are supposed to show

This might be a candidate for a port to Bootstrap as the menu structure is much default from Piwigo default. I'll Look into this and get back to you.

The plugin doesn't work very well on machine, lots of warnings on the admin pages. I think this one will take a bit more effort so I will try and improve compatibility for a future release. For now it won't be in the 1.0.1 release.

There are issues too with theme SimpleNG (juste like the list of pages of plugin Additional Pages)

I'm marking this wontfix for now, but I'll leave the issue open and may revisit it later.
