Bootstrap theme #15

In the theme settings, there is a drop menu for selecting a "Bootstrap theme". How does one populate this list? i.e., where do I find bootstrap themes and how to install them?

I realize I can 'roll my own' but there seems to be a pretty steep learning curve to get there. ... this is my first introduction to bootstrap.

The main thing I'm looking for is a darker background.

Currently this option simply determines whether the Bootstrap theme is loaded or not. It offers the potential to have additional themes baked in at some point but for now it's mainly to make it easier to add custom CSS. The difference between loading/not loading the default theme is pretty subtle, most noticeable is that buttons get a gradient background which gives them a raised look rather than the default flat look.
