Disable gravatar connection #38

Hello,

I noticed that with user comments, a connection is automatically made to gravatar to try to download an avatar. Is it possible to deactivate this feature in order to have an independent website ?

It should be easy to add an option for this, I'm not sure it even works properly (doesn't show for guest users) so I may well remove it.
