Place the search bar in the menu bar and not in the drop-down menu #60

From what I remember, this is inherited from the way Piwigo generates the menu, although I agree this would be a worthwhile improvement.

This would be really great as the drop-down search bar makes it so you can't utilize the extremely useful RV Autocomplete plug-in which also has drop-down functionality.
