incorrect pagination #69

Off by one error in number of photos on each page e.g. 4x4 grid on https://rachaelandtom.info/photos/index/category/194-tom_s_mum_s_65th#content is missing final image

Hi Tom,

This is a setting in Piwigo (and possibly your user account, if modified from default), so you will need to update your settings in either or both places.

I have my own site set to 16 as the default.

Changing "Number of albums per page" from the default of 12 to 16 in the main settings has no effect.

Profile page (https://rachaelandtom.info/photos/profile.php) has no "per page" setting

Also I just noticed that pagination on the initial page, https://rachaelandtom.info/photos/, works fine.
