Adding an option to change between RTL and LTR format for the text editor #365

Expected Behavior

Making it easy to switch between RTL and LTR format.

Current Behavior

when a text written from RTL is shown in "view" mode, it's doesn't look good.

Possible Solution

adding an option to change between LTR and RTL.
