AppImage Support #356

any change for AppImage support? usually AppImages come directly from 1st party devs. They tend to be more updated. Maybe there can be a setting to point BoilR to an "./app" directory where all the AppImages to be scanned are located. Then we can strip the filenames of version strings and regex them against the SteamGrid database to get the proper metadata.
