Regarding Issue 1, I noticed that a single ja pair was missing. So, I just went to deepl.com to translate the original en text into ja, and have updated data/stsb-ja-train.csv, as well as data-raw/stsb-ja-1.txt.
I also updated the README.md to let ppl know that ja should be available now.
If you could have a look and see if this helps you solve Issue 1, that would be great. Please let me know if I you need any more information.
