Presence-only data, how to obtain habitat suitability (between 0 and 1) #10

When working with presence-only data, is it possible to obtain the predictions on a scale of 0 to 1, as a measure of habitat suitability?

Hey Manuel! I did it by turning the linear prediction into a raster and using the rescale0to1 function from the package climateStability. I am sure there's a thousand technical reasons why the outcome of these models is not a "habitat suitability" surface and I guess you should clearly explain what you've done and why in the methods, but regardless of whether it's appropriate or not the function does do what you want I think!

Thank you very much Virginia.

I transform the vector to a raster but it was not like I was expecting. How did you transform the vector to a raster?
