Publish 2: Revamp Paper 2 diagrams

The NeurIps format used in Paper 2 has 1 column. Paper is limited to 9 pages.

This ticket covers:

• Reformat the diagrammatic Figures in Paper 2, where feasible, to use less vertical real-estate and more horizontal real-estate.
• In Figure 1, replace "perfectly" with "accurately". We can't prove perfection so paper now only claims 99.9999% accuracy which the 1M Qs test provides evidence for.
• In Figure 2, no specific changes.
• In Figure 3, replace .ST2, .ST3, .ST4 and .ST5 with .SV. This reflects changes in paper 2 to simplify the mathematical framework and simplify the explanation.
