Complete basic tutorials that cover how to build:

Started todo app tutorial, committed partially in 764174594c4b6cd9d4abf04648d1b9c7992c1a63 but had to stop as the storage service does not allow filtering.

Added ticket #28 to cover adding this feature. Blocked until this has been delivered.

Filtering has now been completed, along with a number of other blocking issues, this can now be completed.
