Value Proposition

As a User I want to be able to stop or play the time of my current countdown So that i can pause it in case i need to interrupt my workout

Description

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] play button plays the time only for the first timer card
[ ] stop button stops the time only for the first timer card

Tasks

(for developers team)

[ ] create a navbar with two buttons
[ ] create a play button with play icon
[ ] create a stop button with stop icon
[ ] work with Zustand
