stocks in "manual_max_landings_price" being dropped? #19

I looked at the dataset_missed.csv file outputted on Feb. 20.

Of the 12 stocks listed, 9 of them were in the "manual_max_landings_price.csv" with specified max landings and mean prices. I would have expected the manual overrides to result in the inclusion of these stocks in the analysis, but it seems they are still being omitted and put on the "missed" list?

The remaining 3 stocks should indeed be omitted because we don't have price data for those listed in the "manual_max_landings_price.csv" file: USWC longspine thornyhead Sharpchin rockfish - Pacific Coast Stripetail rockfish - Pacific Coast

D'oh - not sure what happened there. will look into it now.

Ok, was a bit more complicated than I hoped but I think I sorted the issue. But will leave it open until the analysis has run through successfully.

Right now the only missing stocks are:

1 USWC longspine thornyhead 1990 2 Sharpchin rockfish - Pacific Coast 2013 3 Stripetail rockfish - Pacific Coast 2013 4 BSAI Kamchatka flounder 2012

If we can find a year of fishery development for BSAI Kamchatka flounder (has no landings associated in the DB prior to the assessment), we can include that one, too.

Sounds good, thank you for looking into that. Kamchatka flounder was only recently separated (beginning 2007) from arrowtooth flounder, hence the lack of species-level landings records in both the NMFS database and the assessment. If year of development is 25% of max landings, that would be 2008 for the single species records, from Table 7-1: http://www.afsc.noaa.gov/REFM/docs/2014/BSAIkamchatka.pdf
