Updated dataset with new stocks

Phil, for the (9) added stocks, I won't worry about tracking down the covariates that aren't used. Do I assume correctly that these are the covariates that should be added to the v8 csv file: stock name region year of first assessment year of fishery development Latin name_assessment Taxon habitat_FB/SLB habitat_MM

but otherwise the remaining covariates are not needed? (not sure if others are needed for linkages, etc.)

I'll also update the catch-by-state linkage file to include the new stocks.

yes, I think those are all the variables that are used in the code (I use your habitat_MM, not the habitat_FB).

I've posted the updated dataset (v8) to the Dropbox folder. Changes are highlighted yellow in the xlsx file:

• 9 stocks added, at bottom
• a few values changed in variables: 'year of first assessment', 'year of first HCR', and 'rebuilding plan history'
• SIS stock names added
• RAM assessid's updated, though are due soon for another update

These changes also show in the v8 csv file.

I also update the stock-to-state and state-to-stock catch linkage files:

• crosref.csv
• database linkage - landings management.xlsx
