Will not allow me to retrieve saved passwords on new device

I exported my saved passwords to my google drive. I reset my tablet, re-installed and now it will not open the file with my passwords.

Error reads: Successfully synced and cached, and then mentions cannot open as corrupt?

Please help, as have many many passwords on the application.

[ ] are you sure that the "original" file not corrupted?
[ ] does the checksums (original/local file) match?
[ ] can you open it somewhere else? - maybe with an other application/device/OS?
