if caching and local backups are disabled (and you don't import the data to internal folders), Kp2a will not copy the database. In order to know what's going wrong, can you please explain how you open the database on the Android device?
Database caching and Local backups are both disabled.
I maintain my keepass database on my desktop. Occasionally I will SFTP the file over to my android device. I will close the database. Open the file by using "open file" and browsing to the file I just SFTP'd over. The new passwords that are added on my desktop do not show up on my android device. The android device must be opening a magic cached version. Really annoying.
Does this mean you are copying my password file to new (and in my case unsecured) locations? Does this mean when I delete my password database that I copied over there are other copies left on the android devices that I am unaware of? Do you not feel this is a security issue?
How to I get keepass2android to just open the actual file I tell it to open?
