Not a Pixel problem, I guess. I have a new Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra and the same problem / failure.

Same issue on Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra with the latest 1.09e-r1 version Biometrics does not work with the same error in English

1) You all are getting the error even though in KP2A app you have turned on the biometric authentication?

2) if the biometric authentication has been selected, have you uninstall/install KP2A and then turned on the biometric authentication?

The app was via a Samsung service migrated to my new phone with all settings included. Full reinstall helped to solve the issue for me.

Thank you for your response. That worked for me as well.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and that worked fine.
