The AutoFill Service option under Password Entry Access cannot be disabled. It is stuck on enabled. Is there anything that I can do to fix this issue, or can this be fixed please? Thx

Try disabling the plugin from the list of the accessibility services first

Did not work. The autofill service option still says enabled. When it is clicked, it does nothing.

Oh, the AutoFill Service has nothing to do with the AutoFill plug-in hosted here. The service is managed directly by Android, and you can find a menu in your phone settings that manages the AutoFill Service. There you can disable it, or change the app that manages it. Right now it is configured to use Keepass, that's probably the reason why it shows as enabled in the app. The plug-in hosted here can be enabled and disabled in the plug-in menu of Keepass.

as @lupalby writes, please go to Android settings -> search for Autofill -> disable. You might also want to upgrade to beta (https://play.google.com/apps/testing/keepass2android.keepass2android) to avoid that Autofill pops up too often
