Updated the database using the data obtained in the HTE paper:

added data to tedfs Methanol synthesis, Haber Bosch synthesis, methanol to gasoline, MTO.
Created some new tedfs: methanol to kerosene, hydrogen liquefaction, NGL to olefins, Cement production with and without CC, and a couple of others.
