This PR migrates the compilation engine from nwnsc to nwn_script_comp.

nwn_script_comp doesn't seem to support:

[x] Specify custom include files directories. (nwnsc -i directory_1;directory_2 file_with_includes_in_other_directories.nss). Issue.
[ ] Compile include files on their own. Issue.
