Add Device API Key #3

I added Device API Key for using with Local API.

This PR should be merged. The API keys needed for using the Sonoff devices with HassIO are listed correctly using the modifications. (The original standalone API key which is printed out using the original script is not working, we need the per device keys.)

Sorry for the delay in merging this. Looks good now. Makes it much easier to fetch the device specific API key.
