Change Home Page #7

As a Concordia Engineer I would like to test the home page of this application. I would like to understand how we go about making changes. I would like to change text, along with add a link to another page of the application - call the page "profiles"

I have updated both the homepage and added a new page to the navbar via yarn. This has been fully accomplished, so I am marking this as complete.
