Update for Spring 22 #50

Can the timetable be updated so I can use this for spring 2022 course request?

Just FYI, there is a similar scheduling tool available in HokieSPA -> CollegeScheduler. I don't personally like it as much as PScheduler, but for the time being it works pretty well at least until PScheduler is updated.
