Mac instructions for friday setup #11

Added instructions for mac setup.

I didn't copy over the other stuff that exists in the others from "navigating around the terminal" onwards.

It seemed as though that stuff is universal between at least both the Linux and OS X setup and thus might make sense to be converged to a shared, separate page.

In any case, it isn't too big a deal to copy it over and update the PR...

This looks great. I'm assuming everything is accurate as I'm not a Mac user so I can't check. :)

I get your point about redundant instructions for navigating the terminal but since many of our students will be new to using the command line, I'd like to have everything all in one place for each OS. Would you be able to add that part in & then I'll merge.
