For actual creation of non-profit:

@conorgil need following info before we can file forms:

[x] Name of Non Profit
[x] Address of Non Profit (use JGF office?)
[x] Apply for a FEIN (https://www.irs.gov/businesses/small-businesses-self-employed/apply-for-an-employer-identification-number-ein-online)

After create non-profit:

[ ] Register with PA Bureau of Charties/Nonprofits: https://www.dos.pa.gov/BusinessCharities/Pages/default.aspx
[ ] Register with PA Dept of revenue for sales tax exemption (if applicable?) https://www.revenue.pa.gov/FormsandPublications/FormsforBusinesses/SUT/Documents/rev-72.pdf
