Edit html claims #38

Currently the HTML claims does not support edition in PBUI and we need to be able to edit them.

To edit we can use a vuetify text-area. (optional) If it's easy, maybe we can use something like in vuetify3: https://vuetifyjs.com/en/components/button-groups/#wysiwyg
