Add Subject option #52

Add "Subject" option to side menu and related entity search and display pages. Take as example the Geography pull request: https://github.com/PhiloBiblon/philobiblon-ui/pull/21

Definition of done

  1. Exists the new "Subject" option in the side menu.
  2. We can search for "Subject" entities with the default filters.
  3. We can enter in the detail of a "Subject" item.
