In BIB: Formatting of P153 values #91

In FG a bibliographical item, (e.g., a book) needs Items for Creator, Publisher_Loc, Publisher, Series, etc. Creating these for +40,000 bibliography items is not feasible. P1053 (*Secondary bibliography), allows Strings to be used. However, these need to be formatted in the PBUI to add the appropriate metadata tag for each element. With the creation of string-valued properties ( Creator, Publisher, * Publisher_Loc, etc.) and updating of schema and PBUI - Sort this is no longer a problem
