Option to download all reports that haven't been downloaded yet #8

It would be great to be able to have the option of not only downloading a 
certain number of days, 
or a certain date, but to also download all reports which haven't been 
downloaded yet. I added this 
functionality in and have added a patch to this issue which adds this 
functionality.

Oops, sorry, it's not a defect - can an admin change that please to something 
more appropriate?
